Winter Ski Weekend Group Rates Program

We offer a great opportunity for larger groups of skiers to save money on ski weekends at the National Forest Lodge (NFL). The larger the group (15 minimum), the bigger the discount. The particulars are as follows:

Group rate discounts*

• 15+ paying members = 15% discount
• 25+ paying members = 20% discount

1. Assign a coordinator for your group to handle communications with group members and us. Contact us with your desired weekend and an estimated number of people. We will set aside enough space up until 5 weeks prior to your weekend. Coordinators need to assure that the weekend is advertised to all group members. For groups meeting the minimum participation requirement of 15 paying guests, the coordinator stays for free. The coordinator is responsible for fielding questions from the group members and collecting individual payments. A single payment is required from your group. 2. At the 5 week cutoff date you will need to provide us with a list of members signed up, cabin-mate and cabin preferences. We’ll do the best we can to honor all cabin arrangements, but because of our limited space we need to make sure that a minimum number of beds in cabins are left empty. See our cabins and configurations page. Also, let us know if you require an invoice at this time.
   

3. A single payment for the whole group needs to be made no later than 3 weeks prior to your weekend. Minnesota sales tax and an area lodging fee (total 9.875%) will be added to the lodging rate total. After payment has been received individual cancellations will be subject to a 30% fee. Checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are acceptable payment methods. If there are cancellations or the group numbers change after the payment cutoff date, necessary adjustments to the discount and account balance will be made upon arrival, resulting in a refund or balance due for the whole group.
