After a big day on the cross country ski or snowshoe trails, most of our guests agree the genuine wood-fired lakeside sauna looks pretty inviting. A large hole cut in the thick ice of Lake Gegoka makes it a truly one-of-a-kind experience… try jumping into the icy water after baking at
170 degrees for awhile! “Refreshing” is the word often used to describe it. (FREE instruction in lake jumping is offered every weekend by a certified professional - your host,
as well as other helpful veterans) Seriously, nothing can quite compare and there is no better way to ease into the evening.
For those who prefer, the large outdoor hot tub located next to the shower house is an option. It is a popular R&R spot for young and old alike.
Or you can grab a book and relax by the fire or recap the day’s adventures with other guests.
After Saturday night's dinner we feature entertainment
in the dining hall. Everything from live musicians
to karaoke with prizes. Enjoy meeting your fellow
guests, renewing old acquaintances and maybe even tappin'
your toes, serenading the crowd or shakin' a leg!
