A Visa, MasterCard or Discover deposit of 30% of the
reservation total is required to
confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Because we are a small, family run business, last minute
cancellations have a dramatic impact on our operation.
Cancellations made 21 or more days prior to arrival will
receive a full deposit refund.
Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to
arrival will forfeit the 30% deposit.
Failure to show for a reservation will result in loss of
the 30% deposit and an amount equal to the first night's
stay or the total charges for the confirmed booking,
whichever is less. Sorry, there are no
exceptions to our cancellation policies due to poor weather,
poor health or bad roads. See our "Snow Guarantee"
below for our policy on poor snow conditions.
